Our store uses SF Express and does not accept surface mail from local post offices (because there is no tracking service)
Customers can choose to pick up their goods at SF Express self-pickup points or smart lockers, or door-to-door direct delivery to the office or home.

Process
Contact customer service staff → Confirm that goods can be returned or exchanged → Prepare complete products and invoices → Provide collection time, contact information, and address → Customers need to arrange returns to the warehouse by themselves (shipping costs are paid by the customer).
